Our team is composed of passionate software professionals who can understand your needs better than anyone.

This unique approach enables us to establish and maintain a genuine and durable relationship with our clients and our consultants since we are ourselves working on actual projects, taking roles on the whole software development lifecycle.

When it comes to recruitment, we truly believe in quality and long term vision so that all parties get a significant outcome from our trustworthy collaboration.

We can therefore not only rely on raw candidates searches but rather on leveraging our own connections network which is mostly composed of consultants we actually worked with.

 

Julien Terwagne

Director / Recruitment Consultant

Julien has taken on the role of technical leader on numerous IT projects over the past 20 years.

He went from software engineer to team leader and architect roles, working for private and public organizations from various industries including aerospace, ECM, insurance, banking and cybersecurity.

Then he decided to leverage his experience to help companies finding the right candidates for their projects since he truly believes that a major success factor for businesses is about having the right people onboard, working on matters that passionates them.

Gaston Hollands

Account Manager

Gaston provides value added consultancy services mainly as IT Solution Architect and Scrum Master.

With more than 30 years of professional experience in IT he has a proven track record of successful assignments as Senior IT Solution Architect, Product Lead, Project manager and Software Engineer. 

He provided guidance for all major consulting compagnies as Atos, Trasys, Sword, IRIS, Contraste Europe. He worked in private sectors as telecommunication, insurances, banking, aerospace, energy, R&D for new technologies but also in large projects for public sectors like the Belgian federal institutions and the European Institutions. 

Gaston is able to identify promising candidates thanks to his long experience in managing technical challenges and handling human aspects of large IT teams.

His vision towards recruitment could summarized as follows :

“ The right candidate is not only a perfect match with the technical skills required. It is also a perfect match with the mindset and human values that fits with your company philosophy. 

Ncrease believes than identifying added value profiles cannot be done based on looking for technical skills and human quality “buzz words” on Linkedin profile.

Ncrease believes choosing the right candidate is not a perfect science only based on out of the box academic tests.
