He went from software engineer to team leader or architect roles, working for various companies in the space, ECM, insurance, banking and cybersecurity industry.

Daniel Müller - Recruitment Consultant

Daniel is a Quality guy, pragmatic, but still German, read thorough. He makes sure that clients get what they asked for. He also can help to ask / specify the right thing and way.   

More than 20 years ago, he started as a tester worked on multiple projects in Germany, France, Switzerland and Belgium and evolved to his preferred role of test manager. 

Aligning people around the needed quality level is his leitmotiv.  

Still working as a consultant in the field ensures his understanding for client and consultant needs and goals. Joining Ncrease is for him the best combination of serving clients and ensuring fair conditions for partnering consultants.

Gaston Hollands - Account Manager

Gaston provides value added consultancy services mainly as IT Solution Architect and Scrum Master.

With more than 30 years of professional experience in IT he has a proven track record of successful assignments as Senior IT Solution Architect, Product Lead, Project manager and Software Engineer. 

He provided guidance for all major consulting compagnies as Atos, Trasys, Sword, IRIS, Contraste Europe. He worked in private sectors as telecommunication, insurances, banking, aerospace, energy, R&D for new technologies but also in large projects for public sectors like the Belgian federal institutions and the European Institutions. 

Gaston is able to identify promising candidates thanks to his long experience in managing technical challenges and handling human aspects of large IT teams.

His vision towards recruitment could summarized as follows :
